Enterprise Connect is one of the year's most anticipated events for communications, collaboration, and CX professionals. With four days of learning, sharing, and networking, you'll leave the event with new strategies, solutions, and connections. Here are some tips on making the most of your time at Enterprise Connect.

Week Leading into the Event

Pass Benefits and Access

Look at the pass you registered for, get familiar with what you will and will not have access to, and plan accordingly.

✔️ Pro Tips:

    • The Pass Offerings & Benefits chart provides a quick overview of access via pass type.
    • Event App (see below for download instructions) – when you click on "Agenda” in the event app, you will only see the schedule of events/programs you can access. If you’d like to view the full event schedule, please visit schedule.enterpriseconnect.com.
    • Conference and Training passes include breakfasts, networking breaks, and lunch. Expo Plus passes do not; however, you may purchase food at one of the Lunch Concession stands in the Expo Hall (Booths 200 and 2041), or one of the restaurants or shops at the Gaylord Palms.

Event App

Enterprise Connect's Event App will be your best guide to event happenings.

You will receive an email from Enterprise Connect via its platform partner, Swapcard, approximately one week before the event starts, with a link and QR code, either of which can be used to download the Event App. Please be sure to login with the e-mail address that you registered with.

✔️ Pro Tips:

  • The "Check-in QR Code" you’ll need for Badge Pickup is available in the Event App.
  • Agenda – shows all the events/programs you can access and is based on the Pass Type you registered for.
  • My Schedule – a "personalized" schedule you build by bookmarking sessions and events in the agenda on the event app (see above). Take 20 minutes to build your personal schedule to make the most of your time onsite, whether it's conference sessions, keynotes, networking opportunities, or fun experiences on the show floor!
  • Attendees and Networking – where you can view a list of all attendees and exhibitors and make connections. You can filter the list by job function and industry and search the list by name and company. If you cannot find a contact, note that some attendees choose to be "invisible" to others.
  • You can find speakers' presentations in the Event App by clicking on the session name in the Agenda.
  • Need Help? Click on the “Help Desk" button and your question will be directed to the onsite team.

Event Week

Daily Communications – be sure to review an early morning email you’ll receive from us highlighting key programming, sessions, and activities for the day. These items will align with your pass type to help guide your schedule for the day.

Ask Questions – Ask questions of speakers about things that aren't clear or about items of interest. Remember, that's what the knowledge-sharing part of the conference is all about.

Networking Opportunities – every moment you spend at Enterprise Connect is an opportunity to make a connection! We know the days are long, but we know from speaking with past attendees that you never know when you might meet your next best contact! Attend every session or activity you can to maximize your investment.

  • The easiest way to view scheduled networking opportunities is to go to the schedule (in the app or via the event website), and under Session Type, select:
    • Event Experience and Networking
    • Networking: Topical Meetups

✔️Pro Tips

  • Use the Event App to connect with attendees
  • Don’t miss our Conference Party on Wednesday evening...there’s no better way to make connections than over a friendly game of Cornhole!

Visit Exhibitor/Sponsor Booths – if you're coming to Enterprise Connect, you’re likely looking for new strategies and solutions. Booths are a great place to see relevant solution providers and learn about products and services. Keep in mind that the representatives at the booths are there to connect with you, so take the initiative to drive the conversation and ask the questions that are important to you!

Don’t Miss the Keynotes – Our keynote presenters and speakers have a history of sharing new products and strategies at Enterprise Connect. Don’t miss a single announcement from Cisco, Microsoft, RingCentral and Zoom!

Put Away the Smartphone – You're at a conference to have in-person interaction. So, while you don't have to disconnect completely, we suggest you put the phone away when you're waiting for a session to begin or taking a break at the coffee bar, and give yourself a chance to strike up conversations with the other attendees around you.

After the Event

  • Provide feedback – you'll receive an email from us asking you to take a 10-minute Survey. We take all our attendees' feedback seriously and make every attempt to improve the event! And of course, we also celebrate positive feedback! You'll also receive a short survey after each session you attend, asking you to evaluate that session. This feedback is critical to helping us make sure we have the right topics and speakers for future events.
  • Review the notes you've taken throughout the event and put them into action!
  • Follow up – stay connected with recent contacts by sending them a follow-up email or LinkedIn message.
  • Share with colleagues – Discuss the conference experience and key lessons!
