The welcome reception in our Networking Hall takes place Sept. 30, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM PT.
Conference sessions (including Keynotes) run as follows:
- Tuesday, October 1, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday, October 2, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The Networking Hall hours run as follows (Networking Hall is not open during Conference Sessions and Keynotes):
- Monday, September 30: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Welcome Reception)
- Tuesday, October 1: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 2: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

How do I book a hotel for Enterprise Connect?

When can I pick up my Enterprise Connect AI badge?
- Monday, September 30: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, October 1: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday, October 2: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
What meals does my pass provide?
Conference passholders may access Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and receptions in the Networking Hall Monday – Wednesday.
Networking passholders may access the Welcome Reception on Monday and Networking Reception on Tuesday.
Sponsor Staff passholders may access Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and receptions in the Networking Hall Monday – Wednesday.
Does my pass get me access to the Keynotes?
Conference passholders and Sponsor Staff passholders have access to all Keynotes.
Networking passholders have access to the Tuesday afternoon Keynote only.

How do I access the Enterprise Connect AI event app?
The Enterprise Connect AI app is hosted on the Swapcard platform. Download the Enterprise Connect AI app by searching in the app store for: "Enterprise IT Events – Informa" or use the QR code that you will be provided. You can use the app to create your schedule; find and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other attendees; and navigate the Networking Hall. All registrants will receive an invitation via email to enter the Swapcard platform a week before the event. You will login using the email address you used to register.
Does Enterprise Connect AI have a code of conduct?
Yes. Enterprise Connect AI is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. The Enterprise Connect AI Code of Conduct outlines expectations for participant behavior and consequences for unacceptable behavior.
How can I request assistance in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act?
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or networking hall, please reach out to [email protected] by September 1, 2024.
What are the filming and recording guidelines?
Legitimate news media with approved credentials and media badges whose only intention is to gather film clips for a newscast can receive special clearance to film onsite at the Santa Clara Convention Center, with restrictions.
Please note that there are limitations (even for media badge holders) for filming or recording at Enterprise Connect AI, and filming or recording of Enterprise Connect AI content/sessions is strictly prohibited.
